Extra:
Gas and electricity (based on digital/daily real consumption overview provided by EDF/GRDF- will be arranged via the deposit). With normal consumption, this should not be more than 100 EUR for 3days during summer and 200 EUR for 3 days during winter.
Practicalities
50% to be transferred within 5days after reservation
Remaining sum + deposit of € 750 due 4 weeks before departure
